Last year, my uncle John, my friend Tim and I made it a weekly tradition to hit Jimmy John's on Thursdays for lunch, followed by a trip through Valu Thrift, which is conveniently located right next door to the sandwich shop.
But, this year, things have been busy, and our Thursday routine slowly faded into a fond memory. Sad. :(
However, this week was kind of quiet at work, so the 3 of us were finally able to rekindle our Thursday lunchtime festivities.
The Turkey Tom Sandwich (#4, which chips and an iced tea) has never tasted so good. I love Jimmy John's!
